Peter Okoye of Psquare was trying to congratulate colleague KCee 'Limpopo' crooner on twitter for joining the oil business, "Personally welcome u on bored" he tweeted.

It might be a typographical error but nobody is above mistakes. However, a fan instead of correcting him, called him an empty head. Did Peter do the right thing by blocking him?
