Masturbating in Public In Sweden Is Legal

 A couple of months ago, a man of 65 was caught masturbating near the beach in Stockholm and was acquitted because his act was not directed at others. 

According to the prosecutor Olof Vrethammar, "For this to be considered a crime, the sexual act is to be directed against one or more persons" . Now, that we can therefore conclude that there is no harm in masturbating in public in Sweden, so we do not look anyone in the eye.
